7. I agree that:

1. I have read and understood the Business Lounge Conditions 333 Collins Street Business Lounge.

2. I will while in or about the Business Lounge comply with:
(a) the Business Lounge Conditions; and
(b) all directions of the Owner and the Business Lounge Manager.

3. I am bound by and accept the Business Lounge Conditions.

4. I will use the Business Lounge at my own risk and for business purposes only and will be responsible for any other persons I am permitted to invite into the Business Lounge.

5. My licence to use the Business Lounge:
(a) is at all times subject to the availability of space in the Business Lounge;
(b) is personal to me and I will not allow any other person to use it;
(c) automatically terminates if the company named above ceases to be a tenant of 333 Collins Street or if I cease to be an employee of that tenant; and
(d) may be suspended or terminated by 333 Choice Properties Pty Ltd or the Business Lounge Manager by notice at any time and for any reason.
